We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through jillhobbsart.co.uk. However, if you buy from one of our gallery sites or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen.

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact jillhobbsart@outlook.com if you have any questions.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless faulty. The buyer is required to pay a 50% deposit prior to completion which is non-refundable. The work completed will be agreed as satisfactory and paid for in full before it is sent to the buyer. If the artwork is faulty the buyer must notify the artist within 14 days of receipt and follow the below returns process.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
After our artist has received the artwork, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.

Returns Process

Please email us at jillhobbsart@outlook.com and we will send you a returns form and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the artwork when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.

How Can I Cancel My Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at jillhobbsart@outlook.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
